We're a small operation and we treat each property exactly as we do our own! And, since this is our community as well, we always do our best to make sure we hire local, shop local, refer local, and give back where we can.

Who are we?

I'm Kelly and my husband is Elton. Together, we make up Kelton Collective!

I was born and raised in Manhattan, NY (with 5 year stints in London, England and Clearwater, FL) and spent most of my life "weekend warrior"ing it to Stratton. Some locals still see me as an outsider but, after 30+ year of 10 hours per weekend in a car to get here for less than 48 hours, I see it as true dedication a resounding testament to how invested I am! I have worked in sales and account management for most of my adult life, most recently in digital advertising & marketing for the real estate industry. I'm passionate about what I do and what I'm a part of and I'm always looking to enhance the services I can offer. When I believe in something I believe with my whole heart and I believe in our properties, our owners, their passion, and our community.

Elton was raised right down the road in Winhall, VT. He grew up working in Coleman's Auto Shop with his dad, joined the fire department at age 16 as a Jr. fire fighter and has been deeply involved with the community from a young age. He traveled around for a few years (Colorado, Montana & North Dakota) before making his way back to VT but is now more involved than ever. He's back on the fire department with is father, this time as Assistant Chief, is involved in town hall meetings, and contributes his time whenever he can to community events. He runs Gun Supply of Vermont with his father and his family's VT roots run deep! Gunsmith and ex diesel mechanic by day and jack of all trades by night; I truly haven't found much that he can't fix!

We both love the outdoors, skiing, snowboarding, golf, water sports, etc., finding new hidden gems, our animals, our garden, NYC (ok, ok, still more my thing than his. lol), traveling the world and our family and friends!

Stratton Mountain

Having both been skiing/boarding on her since we were 3, our love resides with Stratton Mountain! Enjoy 99 trails and 95% snowmaking capabilities at southern VT's highest peak. Check out the views from the top that span across 4 states!

And, aside from the slopes, have I mentioned she also has the cutest little village? From awesome après ski to amazing restaurants, a lively bar scene, live music year round and plenty of activities to get you out and about, the village offers shopping, food and fun activities year round.

Magic Mountain

Where skiing still has soul! With 1,500 sq feet of real vert, Magic is sure to get your heart pounding! Magic's terrain is what separates this ski area from all others in southern Vermont and the East Coast - virtually unchanged since the 1960s.

Magic breeds skiers and riders who are passionate about the sport and connect deeply with the natural beauty and thrill the mountain provides. There's a real feeling of community at Magic where everyone looks out for one another and welcomes each other no matter where they come from.

Bromley Mountain

Family friendly 4-season resort! With all 47 trails facing the sun this is a wonderful mountain for beginners and intermediate skiers and riders. Their award-winning, kid-specific programs guarantee smiles for the whole family when kids fill their days with fun and adventure in their Kidsrule Mountain Camps lesson program.

Bromley is also, hands down, my favorite summer mountain as it is home to the famous, Alpine Slides!! With Disc golf, mini golf, giant swings, a zip line, a rock wall, and many other activities, there's always something to do!

Mount Snow

A close 2nd to Stratton and equally as epic; Mount Snow. While my heart may be with another there's no denying the energy and excitement that is Mount Snow.

With 135 trails, just as awesome snowmaking, grooming and, arguably better night life, Mount Snow is one to be reconned with! With a Green Door pub at both Mount Snow and Stratton, we may just have to have a showdown!

Snow and rainbows? What can be better? Maybe a cold beer in hand? lol. With Stratton and/or Mount Snow only minutes away, we have the perfect spot for you!

Golf with a view!

Stratton boasts 27-holes of spectacular golf and Mount Snow's 18-hole championship course has been named one of the top 10 resort courses in the country by SKI Magazine!

And, as they say, a bad day on the golf course is still better than a good day at work! :-)

Lakes, streams and ponds galore! Whether you're looking for a dip in a local swimming hole, a great spot for fishing, some awesome cliff jumping or a fun tiki boat ride, it's all close by!

What are the roads like around the area?

The roads are a mix of paved, dirt and gravel. In the Spring you can expect mud. In the Winter you can expect snow. We recommend a vehicle with 4WD or AWD and snow tires during the winter months.

What is there to do outside of ski season?

SOOOO MUCH! You will love it just about any time you're here!

Golf - Stratton, Mount Snow, Equinox and many others a short drive away
Biking - a plethora of trails from cruisers, to long distance and even awesome downhill biking!
Hiking - ever wanted to hike the Appalachian Trail? Look no further! The trail comes right through Stratton.
Fire Tower views - journey to the top of the mountains and walk to some of the BEST views around!
Fishing - lots of local fishing holes and plenty more hidden gems to be explored.
Swimming - from local swimming holes to snowmaking ponds and reservoirs, we have your swimming needs covered.
Cliff Jumping - go big or small at some of our fav. watering holes.
Boating - Harriman Reservoir is a short drive where you can rent a boat, bring your own or even travel out on the water via canoe, kayak or paddleboard.
Gondola & chairlift rides - great views and fun at any of our surrounding mountains.
Alpine Slides - one of my all-time favorite things to do in the summer. Only 20 minutes away at Bromley mountain.
Treetop zip-line & adventure course - Okemo knows how to do it right! This treetop course is crazy fun and only a short drive away.
Mini Golf - Bromley fun!
Disk Golf - Bromley fun!
Shopping - Manchester is just down the mountain and has a plethora of shops, restaurants and areas for you to explore.
